Toyota World Record Prius Parade
The Goal:
To celebrate Earth day and the Prius. A truly revolutionary vehicle and the folks behind the wheel who’ve always been early-adopters, and are concerned about the carbon footprint and environmental impact that their vehicles have on the planet.
The Challenge:
To develop a rich and dynamic event that will engage and efficiently manage hundreds of existing owners and attendees and introduce them to the all-new Prius models, while being mindful of our carbon and environmental impact on a relatively small footprint.
7R Execution:
Utilizing the unique venue at Alameda Point and with San Francisco as the backdrop 7R, along with our strategic partner H&L Partners created a 1day celebration culminating with a Guinness World Record Prius Parade. With attendance peaking at 600+ guests and over 300 unique Prius vehicles 7R was up to the challenge. Attendees were greeted with gourmet food vendors, interactive games & giveaways and opportunities to meet and talk to Prius engineers and experts. In addition guests were given able to get behind the wheel of the all new Prius and experience a unique performance driving experience. 7R managed all the venue and onsite logistics, vehicle management, staffing, and all design and execution of the drive experience and Guinness World Record Parade. The event was a huge success and the world record was set that day at 332 vehicles, which smashed the old record of 208.
