Ford Championship Weekend. Homestead Raceway

The Goal:

To manage all vehicle fleet responsibilities at the Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead Speedway in an efficient and proactive manner.

The Challenge:

To maintain an organized, pro-active and structured process that has complete oversight of the entire fleet process while also staying flexible to handle all obstacles.

7R Execution:

When our strategic partner Campbell Marketing asked us to assist them in developing a fleet vehicle strategy for their Ford client on a NASCAR event, we were more than happy to assist.  Nine (9) years later we are still improving and servicing this challenging and ever evolving program.  The overall responsibilities include:

  • Complete ownership of vehicle delivery, inventory.
  • Constant detailing and maintenance management.
  • Static vehicle placement and maintenance.
  • Vehicle transfers and movement throughout the event.

During our discovery process early on we realized that even though we are a process driven agency we needed to embrace the inevitable unknowns. To do that we needed to develop a structured and strategic event plan that acknowledged and addressed the potential unknowns with layers of solutions. Furthermore we needed to empower our staff to recognize these elements and understand the options they have.  This strategy has allowed for:

  • A consistent and seamless solution year after year.
  • Proactive environment where staff discuss solutions with clients not problems.
  • A clear communication path for clients on site.
  • A respected and appreciated relationship with the venue and their staff.

Financial consistency over the years with minimal changes.
