Chrysler Fleet Event

The Goal:

To produce a large scale multi day fleet program showcasing the on and off road capabilities of all Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles for national fleet attendees.

The Challenge:

Our strategic partner BI Worldwide asked 7R to design, develop and implement driving experiences that will cater to all levels of drivers and ensure that the attendees understand the on and off-road capabilities for the full line of Chrysler family vehicles.

7R Execution:

With an annual attendance of over 400 fleet customers and 150 vehicles per event designing a program that emphasizes the smooth utility driven road experience that a Chrysler minivan exudes while providing a “King of the Mountain” level engagement worthy of the Jeep brand is daunting; however 7R was more than up to the challenge.

7R took a passionate, lifestyle based approach that focused on creating strategic and adaptable solutions for each brand. Deliverables and responsibilities included:

  • Vehicle delivery, inventory detailing and maintenance management.
  • Interactive vehicle demo fabrication and build out.
  • Individual drive experience content.
  • Route design, development for all vehicles and brands.
  • Module timing.
  • Staffing of 20-25 facilitators, drivers, and event labor.

The event ROI resulted in a successful 8 year collaboration between BI, 7R and Chrysler.
